One of our favorite fall traditions is Apple picking with the kids!
We've been going to Sky Top Orchard for several years now and we look forward to going as much as the kids. It might be the Apple Cider doughnuts and that Apple Pie Danny bakes when we get home that I look forward to the most.
Danny spent a good amount of time up in the trees throwing apples down to the kids buckets. Audrey called him a monkey.
after we finished picking apples, we let the kids play on the playground while Danny went to pay for the apples...
he came back with our apples, apple slices dipped in caramel and apple slushies.
She spilled the slushie all over her sweater... Thankfully it was warm enough to go without it.

and then we got in a long line for those super yummy, melt-in-your-mouth, Apple Cider Doughnuts.
Finally we took a hay ride through the orchard and saw the farm animals and bamboo maze. We may have to venture to those areas to play next year.
